ITRA’s Women’s Trail Day is a global celebration of women hitting the trails together — to connect, to enjoy, and to champion female participation in trail running.

Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or lacing up for the very first time, this day is about showing up, stepping outside, and supporting one another.
